Heineken Ireland markets and distributes numerous world-famous beer brands in Ireland including Heineken, Coors Light, Tiger, Murphy’s, Beamish, Birra Moretti, and Paulaner.
Heineken Ireland wanted to completely revamp their employee Service Awards and move away from their previous provider’s catalogue that was perceived to contain reward products that were a bit old fashioned. Heineken Ireland were looking for a new online merchandise catalogue with attractive tiered awards, which would be easy for awarded employees to log into and select the award of their choice.
Other changes to the programme included introducing more levels of awards – for 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years’ service. Also, the awards would be presented in a more personal way (at company quarterly events).
Allgo worked with Heineken Ireland to select the most appealing products, gifts cards and experiences from Allgo’s extensive reward catalogue, and to divide the rewards into different tiers (1 Star – 5 Star) that correspond to the appropriate number of years’ service.
The tailored Heineken reward catalogue also allows flexibility in that if an employee is awarded a 4 Star award, they will be able to order 2 x 2 Star Rewards, a single 4 Star Reward, or even 4 x 1 Star Rewards, depending on their preferences.
Allgo then set up a branded programme website that allows employees to interact with the programme. The website is branded specifically for Heineken Ireland Service Awards. Award recipients will receive a log-in to allow them to select a reward for delivery to them from the award tier that they have earned.
Every quarter, Heineken Ireland provide Allgo with a list of employees to be awarded in the programme. Allgo provides Heineken with branded certificates containing the award and instructions on how to log into the website and select and order an award. The branded service certificates are then presented to employees at the company’s quarterly event.
Allgo handles all customer service and queries, and ensure fulfilment of all rewards ordered by employees.
