How it Works
1. Milestones
At the start of the programme, you decide with Allgo what service milestones you would like to recognise, and how many reward points to award for each. Reward Points can be any value you want and the number of Reward Points you issue for each milestone is completely up to you.
For example, you could decide-
- 1 Year Milestone: 20 Points (1 Point = €1). Reward Value €20
- 2 Year Milestone: 40 Points (1 Point = €1). Reward Value €40
- 3 Year Milestone: 60 Points (1 Point = €1). Reward Value €60 etc
2. Employee Database
We upload your employee database into the Allgo Recognition platform, with each employee’s email, start date and line manager. This is normally done as a one-off spreadsheet. To keep the system currently you can send us an updated employee database file on a weekly of monthly basis with any joiners, leavers and movers.
3. Recognition
A specific congratulatory message is configured in our system for each milestone. Service Awards are then emailed to the employee automatically on their milestone – with your branding and message. The employee’s Line Manager can also be notified by email encourage them to add their personal acknowledgement. The award can also appear as a Shout-out on the timeline on the programme website for others to see, like and comment.
4. Rewards
Employees receive Reward Points, and can bank and spent them online in the programme Reward Store. The Reward Store offers a country-specific catalogue of rewards like retail gift cards, ecommerce codes, travel vouchers, hospitality packages, leisure & lifestyle activities, adventure experiences, and technology products. Orders are fulfilled by Allgo and its partners within 3-5 days (or immediately for digital gift cards).
