Allgo is an award-winning incentive marketing company. We are small, highly professional and highly ambitious. Founded by the MD, Gary Purcell, in 2008, we have grown every year since, and continue to push to expand our technology, our products, our customer base and of course our team. 

We serve customers – both corporate and consumer – through a range of innovate services such as Employee Recognition, Sales & Channel Incentives, Market Research Rewards, the Allgo Mastercard Gift Card, and AllGifts.ie. Our clients are Irish and international, and we operate programmes across the globe. Our technology platform, Reward Hub, allows us to be flexible and creative when it comes to designing and implementing reward programmes that produce results for our clients.

The Allgo team consists of 10 staff in Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Client Services, all based in our Dublin city-centre office. We also have a technology development team in Poland.

The incentive & reward sector is an exciting and rewarding (literally!) place to work. And Allgo is a rapidly growing Irish company in the global incentive market.
