Corporate Orders Executive
Fulltime, permanent role.
The focus of this role is to assist our corporate clients throughout their Allgo Mastercard Gift Card order journey – from initial customer touch points, to generating sales invoices, to the fulfilment of client orders. You will report directly to the Corporate Orders Manager with a focus on both our Digital and Physical Mastercard Products as well as performing routine client security checks.
What will my responsibilities include:
- Preparing branded material for gift card orders.
- Personalising gift card envelopes and card wallets for clients.
- Invoicing clients for gift card orders.
- Processing Allgo Mastercard physical gift card orders.
- Issuing Allgo Mastercard digital gift card orders.
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders to clients.
- Processing security checks on new clients.
- Ordering packaging material and ensuring adequate stock levels for gift cards.
- Other office admin duties as required.
If you’re the New Employee we’re looking for you will:
- Formal training in corporate administration or a business degree.
- Have a minimum of two years experience in an office admin or service administrator role.
- Be proficient in the use of technology – particularly Email, CRM, and MS Word and Excel.
- Be able to professionally communicate with corporate clients, large and small.
- Be a good team player with the ability to work proactively without supervision.
- Take pride in doing a great job and show high attention to detail.
- Be super organised and love things that run well.
- Be comfortable meeting targets and KPIs and get a sense of pride from a job well done.
