FAQs
My employer ordered a card for delivery to my home address but it never arrived, what should I do?
If you are due to receive a card from your employer we recommend that you allow a period of 10 days from dispatch for the card to arrive as cards are dispatched via standard post. If you have not received your card after this period has passed you can request a free replacement card by filling out the form below.
My card was issued prior to June 2020 and is no longer working, what should I do?
Allgo Mastercard Legacy Cards are gift cards that were issued before June 2020 out of the UK by Railsbank Technology Ltd. As a consequence of Brexit, financial products issued in the UK are no longer licensed to operate in the EU. To learn more about these cards visit www.allgo.ie/legacycards/
How long will I have to wait for my replacement card?
We aim to have validated your card within a week of receiving your replacement card request, and once validated you should have your replacement card sent to you within 7 working days. So, unless we have an issue validating your card, you should receive your replacement card within 2 weeks of requesting it.
Are there any costs to me for the replacement card?
If your card is lost or stolen you will be subject to a fee of €20 which will be deducted from the balance of your card. If your card does not arrive after the 10 day delivery period has passed we will send you a free replacement card providing that the card will be sent to the same address provided by your supplier.
How can I check what balance I should have on my card?
If you have registered your card you will be able to view the balance and transactions once you log in to your account on our cardholder website, allgogiftcard.com.
If you have not registered your card we will not be in a position to share your card balance or transaction details with you until your replacement request has been validated.
What should I do if I have not registered my gift card?
If you have not registered your Allgo Mastercard Gift Card on our cardholder website we will require the last 4 digits of your card number and the name of the company who purchased the card on your behalf to identify the card.
If required you can also request a replacement card directly from this account, subject to a €20 replacement fee, which will speed up the replacement process.
What If I don’t know the last 4 digits of my card number?
If you are unaware of your card details and you have not registered your card, it is not guaranteed that we will be in a position to retrieve your card funds. Please reach out to the purchaser of the card within your organisation to see if they have kept a record of your card number.
Who can I contact if I have more questions?
