Allgo Peer-2-Peer enables all employees to have a reward budget and to nominate co-workers for good work that supports the company’s core-values and behaviours. Nominations are made on a branded programme website and can be approved centrally if required. Successfully nominated employees can be recognised publicly, through their Line Manager, or socially on the website.

Nominated employees can build their reward points and then redeem them for a catalogue of up to 2000 rewards from the Allgo Reward Catalogue. And the whole programme can be configured to be tax-free with the Small Benefit Scheme (Ireland only), making the recognition highly cost-effective as well as highly impactful.

How it Works

Each employee gets a reward budget each month to award to co-workers for good work that supports the company’s values. To make an award, a team member logs onto a branded recognition website, looks up the colleague to reward, selects the Value and Behaviour and gives a short reason for the award. Then they decide whether to award a Gold, Silver or Bronze (or 1, 2 or 3 Thumbs Up) reward.

There is an optional approval step from HR, and the nominated team member automatically receives a congratulations email. The reward points (eg the Thumbs Up) are added to the balance of their online reward account on the recognition website.

Employees build up their Thumps Up and can the spend them online on a catalogue of rewards like retail gift cards, ecommerce codes, travel vouchers, hospitality packages, leisure & lifestyle activities, adventure experiences, and technology products.

Every week, the list of awards made are published on the Social Recognition Wall on the website, and a monthly eZine highlights some of the standout awards from the month to keep engagement in the programme going.

Branded Websites

A integral part of every Allgo Peer-2-Peer programme is the branded website which allows for participants to nominate colleagues, build, check and spend points, and keep up to date with the latest programme info. They can also feature a “Nomination Wall” giving a real time display of nomination made or approved.
