Office Admin Temp
Date: 20.08.2019. Job Ref: A19002. Temporary role – 40 hours per week from 11th Nov 2019 to 3rd Jan 2020
If you’re the Office Admin Temp we’re looking for you will:
- Have proven experience in office admin.
- Be naturally friendly and helpful.
- Be a quick learner.
- Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Be highly competent with all Microsoft Office products.
- Show high attention to detail.
Experience counts, but most of all you’ve got to have passion, responsibility and pride in what you do. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing gift card and vouchers orders using our order management system.
- Preparing vouchers and gift cards for dispatch to customers.
- Sending digital rewards to customers by email.
- Preparing and printing personalised AllGifts.ie gift box vouchers.
- Updating the gifts and rewards on our websites.
- Other office admin duties as required.
