Tax Free Staff Rewards
A US multi-national with 800 staff were not making use of the Small Benefit Exception Scheme when it came to their established reward programme. AllGo! helped them implement a structured reward programme, which availed of the tax free benefits of AllGifts vouchers. The Reward Programme combined eVoucher Rewards for instant recognition of exceptional employee actions, and formal quarterly events, where staff where presented with gift box vouchers according to a peer-based nomination process. Gift Box vouchers for gold, silver and bronze values were awarded by the country manager at the quarterly staff presentation. Due to the reward programme being compliant with the Small Benefit Exception Scheme, the tax saving for the company in one year alone came to over €100,000.
An international technology company based in Dublin wanted to send a small Christmas gift to each of its 300 clients in Ireland and the UK. The budget was tight and logistics were important in that all companies need to receive their gifts the same week. AllGo! designed a Christmas Hamper to meet the budget requirements, and personalised each with a specific greeting from the company. And we managed the distribution – all on time and within budget. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive to the client from their customers.
A major car brand wanted to increase sales in Ireland by incentivising sales people in their national dealer network. AllGo! designed a points-based incentive programme which rewarded sales of specified models with sales points for the relevant sales person. Each sales person built their sales points throughout the year, and then redeemed their points for AllGifts Vouchers to spend online. The incentive was fully branded for the client. AllGo! provided a branded website and managed all aspects of the incentive from initial kick-off mailer, to monthly points allocation, to special promotions within the incentive, to ongoing communications, to customer service and management reports. The incentive allowed the car maker to engage directly with salespeople within their dealer network, and to maximise sales through the channel. With heighten awareness among sales people, the incentive led to significantly increased sales compared to the previous year.
